Why is this so difficult? Watch only wallet for Android

I have a bunch of btc wallets on an exchange.

I want to know when funds come in to them.

Previously I've used blockonomics but they have recently stopped offering the service.

I tried bluewallet but the "enable Push Notifications" is broken on Android.

I tried sentinel but the feds have seized the domain.

I tried blockstream green wallet but it wants an xpub key so doesn't seem to be able to import wallets not created in app.

All I want is a way to notify (via push or email) when funds enter a certain wallet address. Preferably within an hour and preferably with a way to name the wallets with an alias.
