I was looking at https://bitnodes.io/ and couldn't understand why there are so few nodes. I am new bitcoiner and setting up a node was one of the first few things I did. I think for someone in mid income country or above, it is quite easy to host node. Why are there so few nodes? There are only 16k nodes globally. How many bitcoiners do we actually have?
