I would appreciate someone explaining to me the "end game" of investing in Bitcoin. So say I buy .5 BTC today and I hold that until I retire in 2054. Today it is worth $45,000 CAD and say its worth $1mil (conservative) in 2054. Do i then take that bitcoin, turn it into fiat and then live on it till I die? I see people talking about how its a waste to turn bitcoin into fiat as you pay tax and perhaps other costs. Is there a way to not turn the value of Bitcoin into fiat but still use it to live on?
Any explanation is appreciated!
