Together initiative scam

I lost over 30okay usd within the October 10th liquidation during a flash crash.

Then I came upon about Together initiative which was obviouslu just a PR stunt designed to cover the truth that the entire crash was a manipulation that lasted for several seconds, however long sufficient to rob billions of dollars from "comfortable clients"

I learn the standards specified in the initiative which principally stated: 1. The losses have to be 50 usd minimal (I misplaced 30okay usd ) 2. The time of the loss should match the time of the liquidation event. (Which is strictly once I lost the cash) three. I need to not be compensated already (I positive haven't been)

Anyway, I spent 100+ hours talking with 20 totally different "help brokers" at totally different levels and I obtained tens of different explanations, a few of them outright insulting my intelligence. Worse of them being:

1. We know your account didn't meet the standards of the initiative, but we can't inform you why specifically FOR SECURITY REASONS

2. We can't inform you why you didn't meet standards for the initiative refund as a result of a special workforce is working on it and we don't have the access to that info.

3. We know that the initiative has three criteria, but there could be SOME OTHER CRITERIA that was not mentioned there that you simply didn't satisfy, BUT WE STILL CANNOT TELL YOU WHAT CRITERIA EXACTLY you didn't meet.

4. We'll let you understand in 10 days concerning the compensation - No less than 5 brokers wrote this. (More than a month passed, no reply in any way).

Backside line, they used every attainable excuse to not return anything they stole in this crash, and in addition to keep away from any duty to elucidate why I used to be not eligible for a refund, although I met all the crieteria they created themselves.

These guys are scammers, manipulators, pretending to be "serving to the group", however in the long run simply resorting to lies.

I hope they exit of business and be held liable for their wrongdoings.
