I was trying out Sparrow wallet and all was working fine for a few weeks until I got a prompt saying new version 1.7.9 was available so I DLed and installed that and afterwords there was no password prompt to login. On the same day my sats (about 900,000) left the wallet.
I contacted Sparrow Telegram and an admin told me to follow their instructions to "clear my cache" which would resolve the issues but it didn't. So after trying various things for the last 3 days, today she tells me my sats are in the mempool and to deposit 100 million sats and it would all sort out.
Told her I wasn't going to deposit 1 BTC into a faulty wallet and then she said deposit 50 million. Converstion continued and she finally said deposit 10 million minimum, it's the only way to recover my funds.
Does any of the above sound legit?
