Reddit hiring a motion designer for Avatars.

I don't work for Reddit but follow lots of key people across many crypto projects on LinkedIn and Twitter, and noticed Reddit is doing some interesting hiring in the Collectable Avatar space. Saw this job post by Reddit's Head of Design on LinkedIn with hashtags that included #digitalcollectables and #avatars and a graphic of many of the gen 1 and 2 avatars.

We are hiring a Motion Designer (contractor) to focus on Storytelling, Hype Reels, UX, and product motion for delightful moments.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute compelling storytelling concepts for special projects

• Design and create motion graphics, animation, and visual effects (includes edit and composite footage, audio, and graphics to create cohesive stories)

• Excellent presentation deck skills with the ability to translate outlines into engaging storytelling moments

• Ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders and leadership

• Proactive in making designs scalable and reusable

• Experience working with product teams and providing visual feedback/solutions within the UI space

• Strong storytelling skills in UI and user journey flows"
