Need to deposit to wallet to verify

Hi i know its probably a long shot but i need help to be able to withdraw from a wallet, it says i need to deposit 0.005 btc from another wallet, im new to all this so im not sure what to do as im not in a position to open another one or whatever, i can obviously send you back what you transfered. I kniwbthis sounds sketch and i understand if no one will help me out. I have some in this wallet (got through a referall code) that i wish to withdraw but cant till i make this deposit. Please if anyone is will let me know
