Looking for an app to watch my balance but without proper wallet

I find myself checking my portfolio multiple times a day (which obviously isn't good for mental health but that's another topic) and I want to know if there is an app that allows me to do that but which doesn't store my seed phrase/private keys - just simply investigate my balances and tokens on-chain like etherscan but more streamlined to my stuff
