I have a freelancer doing work for me in Sri Lanka. I need to send him around 150USD via lightning each week.
He currently has a Binance account and I am paying to his account on chain. Super high fees everywhere along the way. I know there is Bisq and other P2P options however the guy is older and doesn't want hassle. Is there a decent low fee service/exchange in Sri Lanka I can send the Lightning to and he can get LKR?
