Lofty or RealT

Hi guys,

I wanna start to put each month some money on tokenized real estate, i have made some research and found Lofty and RealT

Which platform do you suggest and why? , if you know another plarform pls could you share it, is there something similar with European properties?

If the platform close what will happen to our token ? Could we still exchange them a their real value ?

For people already using those platform for a long time, do you have any tips to give?
