Inheritance from deceased user

Hi all,

I’m having points accessing my deceased brother’s Binance account. As we did not have his telephone when he passed, two issue access to his account was not attainable. I have entry to his e-mail and may see exercise from before he passed away in 2024 together with newer activity referring to conversions and delistings, and see any login attempts or password reset requests reflected in there too. There's clearly still an account beneath his e mail and I've cause to consider there's a respectable stability on the account.

Once I undergo the deceased consumer attraction page and submit all requested documentation, Binance tell me the account e-mail is wrong:

We remorse to inform you that your attraction is just not profitable.
The reason is: Incorrect deceased consumer ID/account identify. Please examine and submit the attraction once more.

Has anyone else had an analogous experience or can anyone level me in the path of another technique of raising this challenge with Binance? It’s been troubling me for a couple of years now and I just need to close of all matters referring to my brother’s passing ASAP.
