I can't use REST API with my BinanceTR account

I'm from Turkey and we use BinanceTR - https://www.binance.tr
I created API keys and tried official binance-connector-python examples and that i couldn't make it work.
I enabled Reading and Buying and selling choices and i additionally tried IP filtering. Nothing worked.
