Help, can't sell meme coin

So a couple of months ago, I bought a dog coin called BONK. The only problem is that I bought on Arbitrum instead of Solana, since I saw the contract on Coingecko and have way more exposure to Arbitrum than Solana. Everything has been going great, and the coin has done many multiples, and I am ready to take some profits.

Until today. I went to Uniswap, and was horrified to discover that to sell anything over $20 worth, I would lose over 50% because "price impact is too high." The higher the amount, the more of a percentage is completely lost just because of selling. To sell over $100 would be over a 60% loss. There also seem to be no exchanges that I can use which support the Arbitrum version of BONK so that I could send my assets there and then sell on the centralized exchange.

It feels as though I have a bunch of completely worthless tokens that have 0 liquidity on Arbitrum and that I won't be able to sell without losing the majority of my investment. Is there any way around this? Or maybe a way to bridge the dog coin to Solana so there will be more liquidity and I can sell? If anyone knows of any way, it would be greatly appreciated .
