I sent ETH from a hardware wallet to an exchange over the Optimism network. This was my first experience with the Optimism network. The adress I used, was provided to me by the exchange. Etherscan confirms the transaction is complete, but ETH has not showed up on my exchange account. It has already been several hours.
Did I do something wrong? What should I do?
