Error while withdrawing from Ethzrvault

hey everyone, i'm quite new to this and sold an artwork after a client approached recently. The transaction happened on https://www.ethzrvault.com/ i am trying to withdraw wEth through the withraw window to my binance account but it gives an error saying "Insufficient ETH balance to offset your pending sales commission." but i do have enough on ethzrvault is it about my binance wallet? Can someone help?
