Distributed Validator Technology (DVT)

I wrote a blog post describing DVT, a new piece of Ethereum staking technology that allows stakers to split operational validator duties amongst a group of people, essentially creating a multi-sig model that allows a single Ethereum validator to be run on multiple machines in different locations by different entities.
