Cash app to binance(bitcoin)

I am new to all crypto stuff, however I lately sent over some bitcoin from cash app to someone’s binance account. The withdrawal has been confirmed on the block chain for like 20 hours however the recipient still says they haven’t acquired it. It’s some online stuff so it might be rip-off however dude appears fairly legit. Is there any further confirmations the recipient needs to do on their aspect or does it simply take some time for funds to undergo.

Also he reused a crypto handle he had one different customer use prior. I don’t know if that messes with it.

Anyone know something which may assist?
