I have been paying my car payment bill every month to Capital One using my Fold Card via PayPal. Been doing it this way for almost a year and stacking sats no problem. But for some reason this month the payment was declined. My Fold Card still worked no problem paying my other bills, but the Capital One car payment didn't go through. Anyone else have this issue?
