Binance is no longer working: where can I set a recurring purchase program at low fee?

Hi all,

today my recurring purchase plan on Binance has failed.

It seems to me that the service has issue with credit cards.

Where should I go now?

I've downloaded Kraken but the recurring purchase with credit card is more expensive. Same thing for Crypto.com.
