Beginner need help

Hi everyone probably a lot of posts like this but i’d just appreciate someone giving me some good advice that actually is readable. I’m 16 and want to start getting into crypto/ethereum and make a bit of money so i can spoil myself a little bit but also i want to try and make passive income. If anyone has a good starter guide or something for me to read too i’d like that thank you very much ????
