Asterdex - How could my email be known?

I tried Asterdex a month or so ago. Haven't used defi for ages so wanted to see what it was like amongst all the token hype. I connected a meta mask but never made any trades.

Ever since this I've been receiving phishing emails about token airdrop. They're really shit, obvious scams, but I must be out the loop now cos I have absolutely no idea how anyone would know my email address just cos I went on there.

Yes, I'm sure it was the correct, official asterdex.

Anyone got any ideas?

I was part of the ledger leak so my email has been on all sorts of lists for years and I'm used to getting these. It's just very curious that I go on one defi site and then consistently start getting these emails. About one a week.
