doesn't this prevent the network from being spammed. So once these tokens become worthless it'll no longer be worth it to use the blockchain to generate them? Driving back down the transaction fee. Whereas cryptos with super cheap transaction fees are more suspectible to permanent network congestion cause one could just generate bots to spam the network with transactions.
