Account restricted after attempted crypto transfer—requesting escalation for case #143764456

I’m posting right here hoping a help consultant may also help escalate my case and transfer this assessment ahead.
After I attempted to send crypto to another pockets, my account was restricted. I at present can't commerce, buy, sell, convert, or withdraw any of my crypto. Help has advised me the account is undergoing an inner evaluation and that it might take as much as 60 days.

I understand that security evaluations could also be essential, but probably being locked out of my funds for 2 months and not using a clear rationalization or concrete timeline is extremely irritating.

Might someone please escalate case #143764456 and supply a significant update on what is required from me, when the evaluation is predicted to be completed, and when access to my funds shall be restored? I’m prepared to offer any documentation wanted to resolve this promptly.

Has anyone experienced an identical restriction and successfully gotten it resolved? Any steerage can be appreciated.
