A question about moons and Reddit accounts...

Well, I've been wanting to know what happens to Reddit moons after your account is inaccessible.

Do the moons still stay on the blockchain and therefore still accessible as long as you have your 12 word seed? Presumably it's 12 as that's how I remember how many words the seed had in it.

I've been looking all over the web and to this day I haven't found anything definitive as to what happens to moons if you cannot access your Reddit account or if it's been deleted by either yourself or by admins.

So...what happens to your moons? I have the seed stored securely. But is that all I need to ensure the moons are mine for eternity (or until I spend them to another address I own or someone else owns) ?
